This paper is on a poem by Robert Frost "Stopping By the Woods on a Snowy Evening." If The Road Not Taken is my favorite poem, this would definitely be a close runner up. Frost uses good diction in giving it a very smooth transition from line to line due to its assonance and end rhyme. Although this poem has no direct metaphors or similes, the poem's format and very vivid detail still keeps the reader interested. There are also very few technical features inserted in the poem, the only special addition, (other than the alliteration "dark and deep") like with most of his other poems is the heavy use of symbolism. Like the previous one, it appears to be very simple, but it has a hidden meaning. Someone who has not read much of Frost's work might think that there is no deep meaning, just that people should stop once in a while and spend time with nature, away from the hustle and bustle of cities, but this, although it is one of the minor points Frost is trying to get across to the reader, is not the main one. This could be considered a flaw, or just a marketing tool to get people to read his other poems.

221 Restorative Justice Interventions for Juvenile Offenders.
This paper is a rough outline about restorative justice interventions for juvenile offenders. The juvenile justice system is a complex web of people and agencies that processes about a quarter of a million youths annually at a cost exceeding $1 billion. To understand the system requires a baseline knowledge of the statistical trends during the past decade that have shaped the system's ability to function and the roles played by the various components of the system. Academic experts have long recognized that crime is a young man's game. The typical criminal is a male who begins his career at 14 or 15, continues through his mid-20s and then tapers off into retirement.
This paper discusses the team approach to outpatient geriatric evaluation and care. Critique of article titled "How Does the Team Approach to Outpatient Geriatric Evaluation Compare with Traditional Care: A Report of a Randomized Controlled Trial" by Williams et al. This critique uses an outline of criteria as summarized in Nursing Research: Theory and Practice, edited by Woods and Catanzaro in 1988. A review of literature has been added to these criteria. This research report describes a randomized controlled trial evaluating team approach vs. traditional care in the aging population. Based on several hypotheses, functional status, home environment maintenance, institutionalization, satisfaction, and health care costs are specifically analyzed to determine the effectiveness of a team approach.

415 Sally Mann and His Photography.
This paper discusses the photographer Sally Mann. Mann's photographs have often been regarded as controversial, and have evoked praise as well as condemnation and debate whenever they've been exhibited. Her large black and white prints, all shot with a more than hundred year old 8x10 camera, focus on her own family, her children and friends growing up in her home state of Virginia, observations of her environment, interactions of time and place, and of family and friends. Her work displays an intimacy and casualness, captured extraordinarily by the large format camera. Upon seeing her work for the first time, one may describe the images as "haunting", "comforting", or "disturbing". But no matter one's opinion of the work, few walk away from her images untouched.

654 Cause And Effect.
This paper discusses the cause and effect relationship. To set up a cause and effect relationship, initially, you have to be capable to show that your cause occur prior to your effect. Just by virtue of showing that there is a relationship does not mean it is a causal one. It is likely that there is some other variable or element that is causing the result. Numerous writers use an outline to help them ponder through the different stages of the writing process. An outline is a kind of graphic design of the organization of your paper. It testifies the principal arguments for your thesis as well as the subtopics under each principal point.
