83 The Awakening By Kate Chopin.
This paper discusses The Awakening by Kate Chopin. The issue of woman's emancipation from her subjection to man derives from her gender role, but it has been more than just a gender issue. Advocates of the feminist movement the world over and at all times have strongly and persistently called attention to the recognition of all the rights of woman as a human being in all aspects of humanity and in all the ways a man's humanity are recognized and revered. A few of the major aspects are frankly brought out in The Awakening by Kate Chopin in a most unusually courageous and precise manner because the novel was written two centuries ago when women did not have the "right" to object, much less act the way Edna Pontellier does or think and write the way Kate Chopin did.

179 Araby an Analysis.
This paper is an abstract analysis of Araby by James Joyce. There are many ways that this paper may be interpreted depending on the era in which you were raised, the religion which you were taught, also the morals and values that were passed on to you from your parents. I feel that most children at some time have an infatuation with another person of the opposite sex. For most, this is an almost inevitable happening. Is this wrong? Largely, I think it is part of growing up, a part of the learning process. There are also other issues that may be brought to the surface after a more detailed look into the piece. One of the issues that come into question is the respectability of the priest.

189 "The Nature of Children's Learning 3-8 Years".
This paper is on developmental stages of children during their learning years. Children in the developmental stage of early childhood (ages 3 through 8) are concrete learners. They are exceptionally sensory; they learn best by touching, tasting, hearing, smelling, and moving their bodies. Children in this age range are active learners. They are interested in experiments, trial and error, representing what they are learning through construction and play, and finding answers in picture books. They like to find things out on their own. As they gradually become more focused on other people and the outside world, children become aware that there are many adult skills that they do not have. In environments where they are encouraged to try out these skills (such as writing) at their own appropriate level, they enthusiastically embrace learning.

195 Employee Training And Development.
This paper looks at employee training as a means of improving an organization and making it more cost-effective. This paper illustrates and looks at video conferencing and web-based training via the Internet and Intranet systems. This paper will define the pros and the cons of such training. Training and development consist of planned programs designed to improve performance at the individual, group, and/or organizational level. (1) Often, a distinction is drawn between employee training and development. Broadly speaking, training is conceived of as a learning process whereby people improve their current skills and abilities and/or acquire new skills and knowledge to aid in the achievement of organizational goals. In a more narrow sense, training provides employees with specific, identifiable knowledge and skills for use on their present jobs.
