The world's population is growing at a stupendous rate. More and more competition is growing among individuals. With each year, increasing numbers of newly arrived immigrant children enroll in the universities and colleges of the world. The rapidly changing demographics of the schools have created a critical need to search for ways to teach children who have limited English proficiency and sometimes very little formal education.. 812 Home Schooling
This paper discusses the pros and cons of home schooling. The foremost argument over home schooling is that their academic performance is below those of their agemates. However, many of the students can succeed in school in the first place if they are met with effective prevention and early intervention programs. Finally, the key to the child's success lies in the hands of the educators. It is their duty to provide suitable facilitation and instruction to these children in order for full inclusion to be successful. The bottom line is that homeschooling is a lifestyle, and will obligate resources and time. We need to be ready to do what is wanted to make the home education an exercise in excellence and a refreshing experience for your children.

827 School of Chinese Thought
Confucius himself had a clear moralistic and political teaching, to love others, to honor one's family, to do what is lawful instead of what is of benefit, to practice give and take, to rule by moral example instead of by might and injustice and so forth. Confucius believed that a ruler who had to resort to power had already failed as a leader or ruler. This was not a standard that Chinese rulers all the time follow, but it was the ideal of unselfish rule. In spite of that, the Confucian ideal elude the most terrible of modern paternalism with the principle of government by example and by not doing, placing Confucianism nearer to Taoism than to prevalent practices of suppressive control. Confucius thought that government by laws and discipline could keep people in line, but government by example of morality and good manners would make possible to control themselves.

829 Superintendents and Small School Districts
Many people believe that the educational control should be reshaped in the global world. There is a critical need for research into the relationships between alternate patterns of educational governance and the ability to mobilize human energy if the personal and social educational goals are to be reached. There is certain that various stakeholders in the educational enterprise are not equal with the set of rules and practices controlled by those shaping various schools. Learning may happen in the classroom in the interaction between teacher and student, but the problem is that this interaction is affected by large and small decisions made by the principals, school boards, superintendents, state legislatures, education department officials, and the federal government. The fact is that these decisions can either aid or hinder the quality of education in the classroom.
