This paper is written about Argentina and its economic problems. The "dollarizing" of Argentina's economy was the product of the genius of Domingo Cavallo, finance minister of former President Carlos Saul Menem, under a Convertibility Plan aimed at putting the country's chillingly soaring inflation in the late 80s to a sudden stop (Mark Falcoff) and then saving and re-ordering the economy as a whole. No more Argentinean money to be printed than there was dollars in circulation - a radical measure, which worked. But it also created more trouble by raising prices above those of the United States and resulted in slow capital inflows and high unemployment rate (17% in 1997) and the consequent overthrow of President Menem after 10 years of rule.

33 Deviant and Hateful Behavior in Street Children.
The topic of this paper is deviant and hateful behavior in street children. Deviant behavior consists of activities, which bring disapproval from members of society (Roux and Smith, 1998), and street children are generally and publicly perceived as being deviant. This is because about a fifth of them are probably involved in antisocial activities, due in turn to attitudes and beliefs attuned towards criminality. Studies show that the high probability and visibility of criminal and delinquent activities among these children tend to antagonize those where these activities are performed, and on which police authorities impose punishment.

41 Five Reasons The Death Penalty Should Be Abandoned.
This paper argues five reasons for the death penalty. It is racist. Statistics show that African Americans comprise 12% of the entire US population, yet 43% of those in the death row are Blacks. It is anti-poor. Justice William O. Douglas said that one who can afford good legal representation, he or she will not end up on death row. The death penalty condemns innocent prisoners to death. The death penalty does not deter serious crimes. Governments, which enact the death penalty continue to suffer from high murder rates as those, which have abolished it. Complete miscarriages of justice are unavoidable. Five serious reasons are supported with statistics and facts to argue that the death penalty should be abandoned.

42 William Shakespeare.
This paper is a biography of William Shakespeare. He may be lauded as the author of popularly admired literature done by any individual in the history of Western civilization. (Grolier 1996) He may be the most influential writer in all of English literature or the most important dramatis and poet of the English Renaissance. (Spark notes) But William Shakespeare will still be, to most, the greatest playwright of all time. He was, in fact, a public and critical success (Spark Notes) in the field of theater, particularly as a favorite of both Elizabeth I and James I who reigned in succession (1558- 1603 and 1603-1625, respectively), King James granting Shakespeare's company with the royal status as king's players. For this, Shakespeare was immensely popular and wealthy till his death in 1616, but such popularity cannot compare with that which has survived him today and not just in England, but also throughout the world.

45 The Drama.
This paper is written about drama and Hamlet's Character. William Hazlitt largely comments on the contemporariness and universality of Hamlet's character: that although Shakespeare wrote the play more than 500 years ago, we have come to know the character of the tragic Prince quite well. Not only because we read about him in school, but also - and more - because we know his thoughts as we do our own. (Hazlitt 1900) His sayings and speeches are not only real but are as real as our own thoughts when we ponder and despair over our or others' misfortunes and grief. Each of us becomes Hamlet, in Hazlitt's view, whenever we bear the weight of reflection (Hazlitt), when the sun in us is made dim by "envious mists" in our hearts, whenever the world looks nothing better than a "dull blank", when our love is despised, or when sadness sticks to us and makes our mind sink within.

71 Intelligence: More Than Just Being Smart.
This paper addresses the role that emotions play in intelligence. Who knew that intelligence is more than just a number on an IQ test. In school, we always believe the smartest students are the most intelligent; the ones that are bound to go further in life and be most successful. But it turns out; emotions have more to do with success than originally thought. Being intelligent is more than just doing well on tests and scoring a high IQ. Consequently, the smartest people, the students with the high grades aren't always the ones that end up being the most successful. What is taught in school isn't all a person needs to succeed in life; there's more to it than that. The role this paper takes is discussing how emotions play a role in intelligence.
