This paper is on computer hacking - a crime of today's world. Computer hacking and the crimes that define this type of criminal, make hacking difficult to define. According to Carter (2002), "Computer hacking always involves some degree of infringement on the privacy of others or damage to computer-based property such as files, web pages or software." Computer hacking can range from the placing of pornographic pictures on a website to cracking a code that puts the security of millions of Americans at risk. Sometimes it involves stolen identities; other times it's just the ripping off of DVD movies and other media. Hackers themselves also come in as many forms as their crimes do. Hackers are the criminals of today's technological world. This paper will attempt to illustrate just what a hacker is, what this criminal does, and how the laws need to become steeper in order to stop these types of computer crimes for causing the damage they do.

406 Theories and Militias.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the roles played by both Relative Deprivation Theory and Resource Mobilization Theory in the formation of the militias that were crucial in winning the American Revolution. Early psychological theories about revolution derived from frustration-aggression theory, that is, the theory put forth by Freud that all aggression derives from frustration. In A Model of Egotistical Relative Deprivation, Fay Crosby presents the following model for relative deprivation theory: "The person who lacks X must 1) see that someone else (Other) possesses X; 2) want X; 3) feel entitled to X; 4) think it feasible to obtain X; and, 5) lack a sense of personal responsibility for not having X."

423 Sexual Ethics and Morality.
This paper discusses sexual ethics. A person's ethics is the code of conduct that governs their actions. Therefore, their sexual ethics is the code of conduct that governs their actions pertaining to issues of a sexual nature. Sexual morality, like ethics, is also often measured according to a community or general standard. Generally, it is considered highly immoral to use another person for sexual gratification, whether the act is consensual or not. Deception in a sexual arena is also highly immoral. To misrepresent oneself for the purpose of sexual gratification, or personal gain, is in clear violation of most acceptable moral and ethical codes. Coercion is another morally reprehensible tactic sometimes used to achieve sexual gratification.

1541 The Moral Stance on Ethical Vitalism.
The moral stance on ethical vitalism affirms that living organisms deserve respect for their intrinsic self-worth. Humans, therefore, must simply have a certain ethical code of behaviour toward nature. There approach to the living world must be life-centred, not human centred. This is the belief of Paul Taylor, who argues that the belief that human life is superior to any other living organism is flawed. While some of Taylor's assumptions have their own weakness, this essay will contend that his overall view is legitimate. There does need to be a moral stance on ethical vitalism. If there is not, then humans must concede their subjectivity in defining the worth of human and non-human life. 8.5 pgs. 13 f/c. 5b.

1774 Paul's Letter To The Galatians.
This paper will set out the background to the letter, before looking at why Paul wrote it and what he had to say to the Galatians and to the faithful in general. It will argue that Paul was attempting to counter the message of a group of Judaizers within the Church who argued that the Gentile converts had to abide by Jewish law. In his letter to the Galatians, Paul argues that righteousness is justified by faith in Christ, and not by relying on law. The crux of this paper's argument is that Paul's letter to the Galatians was about replacing allegiance to a code of law with allegiance to a person, this being Jesus Christ. 9 pgs. 36 f/c. 6b.
